Who we are
We built Remedio around the consultation, not the app.
The consultation is between two people: a licensed physician with a current cédula and a patient at home.
Each consultation is provided by the physician who accepts it, under their own cédula profesional and professional responsibility.

Patricio is a physician (Médico Cirujano y Partero). He spent part of his social-service year at Clínica Independencia, a public primary-care clinic in Anáhuac, Nuevo León: outpatient care, home visits to bedridden patients and chronic-disease follow-up.
He founded Remedio in 2026. He does not write code: he built the app by directing Claude Code, Anthropic’s AI coding agent. He uses AI every day and checks what it produces against the primary source.
He also designed an AI assistant that asked the first questions before a consultation, and left it out of the launch. Clinical judgment belongs to the physician who accepts the request.
How we think about Remedio
Simple for the patient. Serious for the system.
Physicians visiting homes is nothing new; it has been done for decades. What changed is everything around the consultation: how it is requested, how it is charged, and how the record is kept.
Remedio organises that part.

We started in San Pedro and Monterrey. Every new account tells us where to expand next.
